Resumo
Preservation of the Quercus robur species diversity in Galicia by creating more diversity plantations than the current stands; creation of a network of high genetic value plots; beginning of the improvement of the Galician oak for forestry (growth, shaft, wood quality, resistances, etc.); future provision of base materials from the qualified and/or controlled category, which can be used in plantations providing higher forestry quality.
