In vitro culture laboratory

In the in vitro culture laboratory, we multiply clones of chestnut and wild cherry. The obtained trees are used for the establishment of clonal plots in different areas of Galicia, for testing under controlled greenhouse conditions or for their transfer to nurseries

The facilities and laboratory equipment include:

• Two laminar flow cabinets
• Two growing chambers with controlled environmental conditions (25 m2).
• Autoclave, pH-meter, refrigerators, peristaltic pump, precision scales
