Resumo

We studied the relationship between Pinus. pinaster and the ectomycorrhizas, as well as between the beetle Pissodes castaneus and the fungus Leptographium serpens in new plants of pine that is beneficial for these last two mentioned species. The attraction of xylophagous insects by burned pines was also studied.
